Do you use real residents or models?
That’s up to you! We typically feature in the content ourselves but we can work with real residents (with proper permission), staff, or hire talent depending on your preferences. If you'd like help sourcing models or residents, we can assist with that too.
How long does the content take to deliver?
After filming, you can typically expect delivery within 7–10 business days. If you have a tight turnaround or launch deadline, let us know we’re happy to prioritize accordingly.
Do you offer one-time projects or just monthly retainers?
While we specialize in ongoing monthly partnerships for the best results, we also offer one time shoots for new property launches, brand videos, or seasonal campaigns. Just let us know what you need!
